This lockdown can really be boring and make us feel lazy so here are some things to completely avoid to make sure you are still fit to go back to work after.

    1. Don’t Visit Loved Ones- This is a crucial moment for us and we are often tempted to check up on our family members and friends who live in other cities. Just stay home and call them on phone. This will not only keep you safe but keep your loved ones safe as well.
    2. Indulging in unhealthy meals- This lockdown isn’t the time to live an unhealthy lifestyle. This is the time to stay hydrated, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid oily foods as much as possible and most importantly remain indoors.
    3. Laying in bed all day- This part is extremely tempting. In as much as you have a whole two weeks to yourself to sleep as much as you want, you wouldn’t want to be inactive. Take a walk around the compound, do jogging or brisk walking around the compound and some squats. This will not only keep you active but keep your heart healthy. After the lockdown, you will realize that you have a lot of energy to work.
    4. Watching TV all day- What else do you have doing apart from watching TV anyway? Watching TV is good especially if you want to catch the latest shows or latest news BUT don’t make it a habit. Use the free time to read a book, learn a new word, declutter your wardrobe, do deep cleaning, etc. This will make you feel good about yourself and make you productive.
    5. Pressing Phones all-day- This lockdown is a time to bond with members of your family. Engage in deep long conversations. Work has kept you busy all week, so now that you have that free time, have some family games, play cards, ludu, Oware, pick and act and other fun games to keep the bond tight and strong.

I hope these tips help you remain sane during this lockdown period.

5 Things That Make Women To Lose Interest In Men

Love is a beautiful thing, and its value is to be adorned and cherished for a lifetime. The affection and emotion that comes with love isn’t the type to be taken for granted no matter what.

Love demands proper care, adequate nurturing, time, attention and lots more to make it last long and stand the tests of time.

In this article, I’ll discuss about five things that makes women to lose interest in their male partners. They are:

    1. Attention: The level of attention that’s invested in a particular thing will determine the level of its outcome. For instance, the amount of time and attention you dedicate to your work will determine the level of your productivity.

The same measure is applicable to relationships and love affairs, when a woman is deprived of attention, she becomes lonely and bored around her spouse and once loneliness sets in she will begin to fall out of love gradually.

    1. Adornment: Feeling appreciated, welcomed, complimented and special is very important for women, because it gives them the feeling of being loved, cared for and appreciated by their partners.

Little compliments like appreciating a woman’s dress, shoes, nails, hair and acknowledging her efforts in other areas gives them more confidence and prestige.

SEE ALSO: MP Richard Mendani dies of COVID-19

The moment a man stops appreciating his woman the moment he starts losing her to another man that adorns her the most.

    1. Emotional Disconnect: The major cause of emotional disconnection is basically lack of communication or poor communication. It is crucial that partners remain connected and make each other a priority in their everyday’s life.

A little phone call checkup during work time, phone conversations during leisure periods, and proper communication helps to grow and strengthen the bond between two lovers but the moment these factors are missing or inadequate one or both lovers would get discouraged and eventually the love and feelings begins to fade out.

    1. Boredom: Boredom is the lack of enthusiasm, lack of interest, apathy etc. Relationships are supposed to be fun, interesting and enjoyable. I have seen situations where people fall off the ladder of relationships (be it friendship or dating).

Most times, some men don’t take adequate notice of the amount of time they invest on fun and socializing with their partner. Making time for special outings, picnics, visiting the cinema, going on vacation etc are parts of the vital things that booms the liveliness of the love they both share.

So, if you want your woman to stick with you for the rest of your lives, spice things up a bit more.

    5. Constant Criticism: No one likes being criticized often times, too much criticism sometimes makes women feel less appreciated and unwanted in every ways. The moment criticism creeps into a relationship, it gradually kills the warmth, feelings and affection a woman has towards her man.

The constant need to pick on and criticize everything she does, gives room for doubts to set in and it lessens the woman’s feeling for her man. Men should always try to appreciate the women in their life even when they are not up to the task.

A little thank you accompanied with pleasant corrections will go a long way in balancing criticism if need be.

These are the five major reasons why women do fall out of love. You can add other reasons you know in the comments section.

  • PRE-COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR BUSINESSES ABOLISH

    PRE-COMMENCEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR BUSINESSES ABOLISH

The Registrar General Department in consultation with key stakeholders has abolished the key requirement that required businesses to obtain some form of pre-commencement of activities certificates prior to their commencement.

In place of this, as a pivotal part of the quest to improve the ease of doing business in the country, only Certificates of Incorporation – being a legal document relating to the formation of a company or corporation – will now need to be issued henceforth, and this has now been incorporated in the Companies Act 2019 (Act 992).

Per the new regime, an application for incorporation shall include a statutory declaration by each proposed director indicating that within the preceding five years, they have not been charged with or convicted of a criminal offence involving fraud or dishonesty, among other things listed in the new law.

In effect, once the registration process involving a business is complete, a company can proceed to do business in the country. The move, according to the Department, is to simplify the registration process.

“Therefore, there would be no minimum capital requirement before commencement of operations. However, companies with foreign participation would still have to comply with the Ghana Investment Promotion (GIPC) rules on minimum equity requirements”, a report from the RGD added.

Importantly, it is mandatory that every type of business goes through the process of incorporation which involves the preparation of specific documents including Articles of Incorporation among other things.

With respect to limited liability companies (LLCs), the main documents used to incorporate are the Articles of Organization.

Instructively, when opening a business bank account, applying for any type of loan or selling shares to investors, the Certificate of Incorporation is one of the most important documents that a business is required, to provide as the document evidences that the company is properly set up.

This requirement further specifies that the business is a legal entity captured on the public register of companies.
