    Actor and comedian, Clement Ashitey, popularly known as Clemento Suarez, has disclosed the family of late ex-President Jerry Rawlings has told him to stop mimicking him for now.


    The comedian, in August 2020, paid Mr Rawlings a visit in his office and set him rolling on the floor as he talks like him.


    After the visit, he had on several interviews replayed scenes from his visit.
    He made the disclosure on Accra-based UTV when he was offered another opportunity to relive the moment and imitate Mr Rawlings.


    “I was called by ex-president Rawlings’ family to stop imitating him from now until he is buried. I was told to respect the dead and more so his personality as a former president,” he revealed.
    He said he will abide by the directive of the family.

    Comedian Funny Face has been trending through the weekend till now as he has revived his fight with his baby mama!

    Funny Face has released a series of videos proving how he’s was abused by his former girlfriend who doubled as his baby mama.

    In one of the videos, Funny Face revealed that he was slapped and verbally assaulted by his baby mama.

    Victoria Lebene’s husband, Eugene Osafo posted the video on his Konkonsa page on Instagram and captioned, ‘Comedian @therealfunnyface rants again about the mother of his twins and also sent a strong warning to Maame Yeboah Asiedu.’
    However, his comment over the video didn’t sit well with Funny Face as he hit his page to expose him.

    According to Funny Face, he has personally briefed blogger Konkonsa about the whole incident so he doesn’t believe he would pretend and post that ‘humiliating’ comment about him.

    Expressing his feelings under Konkonsa’s post, Funny Face disclosed that he would expose him and his secret baby mama, noting he’s been ‘spoiling there‘ although he’s married to actress Victoria Lebene.

    Funny Face wrote, ‘ Rants again ? Really bro @nkonkonsa when u know some of da things .. cos I remember I brushed it with u some time ago .. but because of likes and views .. you are here saying am ranting !! ?     A viral video at the disposal of mynewsghana.net has revealed moments comic actor Funny Face received a very hot slap from the mother of his children.

    From the video which has made it way to social media the “Cow and Chicken” hitmaker was seen receiving the two slaps whiles he didn’t retaliate to it as expected from him.

    According to the veteran actor, the country’s erratic power supply, especially between 2015 and 2016, caused the moving industry’s collapse.


    Akrobeto claims it was the beginning of all the movie industry problems because even people who bought the movies could not watch them.
    Because of that, producers could not continue producing more movies, which also affected the actors and production crew, totally crippling the movie industry.

    Kojo Antwi arrested for killing step-daughter.

    Twenty-seven-year-old Kojo Antwi also known as Ebenezer Antwi has been arrested by Assin Awisem Police for assaulting and killing his two-year-old stepdaughter, Victoria Twumasi.

    According to sources, the girl eased on herself during a Health Insurance Registration Exercise in Assin Awisem.

    This provoked Kojo Antwi to assault her by hitting her on the ground, fracturing her leg.

    He then took the girl away into a bush and killed her and run into hiding, her mother, Alice Gbeve, told the journalist.

    Speaking with the journalist, Assemblymember for Assin Awisem Obrayeko Electoral area Ayuba Andoh said police intelligence led to the arrest of the suspect after he had run to a nearby town to seek refuge.

    The suspect, Kojo Antwi, confessed that he has killed the stepdaughter by giving her a weedicide (gramoxone) and buried the body under a cocoa tree.

    Police conducted a search and found the body of the girl under a tree and was subsequently deposited at the Twifo Praso Government Hospital for preservation and autopsy.

    Central Regional Deputy Police PRO Sgt Isaac Evans Ettie confirmed the incident to the media.

    He also dared Maame Yeboah Asiedu to say “fiim fiim”.

    Stakeholders in the film industry have expressed disappointment in the National Film Authority Board for non-fulfillment of the industry’s hopes since they were inaugurated in 2019.


    President Akufo-Addo appointed a fourteen (14) member governing board to the National Film Authority and charged them to work hard to make Ghana’s Film Industry globally attractive.
    Some filmmakers have called for the dissolution of the NFA Board because they believe their expectations have not been met.


    Others have raised lots of concerns regarding the National Film Authority Board and what is expected of them.
    What’s happened with all the hard work done before her appointment by the Film Task Team Set Up by Hon. Catherine Afeku?
