President Trump lost the recently held election in the United States of America (USA) to Joe Biden.
Even though he (Trump) has refused to accept the results, citing fraud, Joe Biden is set to be sworn in as the 46th President of the USA.
Speaking to this on Kumasi-based Hello FM, Kennedy Agyapong said he was praying for Trump to lose because he “has reduced America to the lowest level in the world”
“…winning election is by performance. President Trump blew his chance…he should have shown concern for COVID and he would have won the election easily. Can you compare Donald Trump’s way of handling the COVID to that of President Akufo-Addo in this country? he added.

In a report on Twitter this Friday, November 06, 2020, American journalist Larry Madowo wrote alleging that Georgia has announced that there will be a recount in the presidential election.
Mr Madowo said the remarks were a confirmation from the Secretary of State and who also said they did not find any general irregularities, but were investigating all allegations.

The latest data from the Ghana Health Service indicated 145 new cases have been reported, increasing the national confirmed cases to 48,788 as of 6 November 2020.
A total of 47,521 have either recovered or discharged with the death toll still at 320 for the past one week.
The number of cases confirmed at the Kotoka International Airport from international travelers since 1 September 2020 stands at 160 out of which 53 have been discharged or recovered.
Ten persons however are in severe condition, four critical while two others remain on ventilators.

The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), John Dramani Mahama took to his Twitter yesterday to congratulate the President-Elect of the United States of America, Joseph Robinette Biden Jr. as he becomes the 46th President of America.
Well, after his tweet, a Ghanaian found it so inappropriate for Mahama to be claiming that since America has changed their President, Ghanaians might also take the same decision and vote for him in the upcoming election in December.

With just 31 days left for Ghanaians to go to the polls to elect a President and Members of Parliament, it seems all is not well within the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) in its campaign as the party accused Regional and Constituency Executives of not doing enough.
In a letter signed by the General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah, the letter states that, after a meeting of the Functional Executive Committee (FEC) of the NDC, it was noted that, the party need to intensify its campaign.
The letter further stated that, Regional and Constituency Executives of the NDC have reneged on their responsibilities in their respective Regions as they left everything to the campaign teams in the Regions and the party Headquarters.
The letter also indicated that, the Regional campaign tours by the flagbearer of the NDC, John Mahama and the running mate, Naana Jane Opoku Agyemang has revealed several disappointing lapses in the Party’s campaign in many Constituencies across the Country.
It added that, the National Headpotters of the Party sometimes arrange for supporters to be bussed from other Regions for party events and which does not augur well for the NDC.
As a result of this, the Functional Executives Committee leadership of the Party have aggreed to assign National Officers to all the Regions
A Deputy spokesperson for the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) election 2020 campaign Madam Margaret Ansei popularly known as Magoo has said the US elections results compiled so far shows the incumbent president Donald Trump is leaving power.
She noted that President Akufo-Addo and the ruling NPP which is a resemblance of the Republican party should brace themselves for the same big surprise come December 7.
According to her, the President and the NPP government should start preparing their handing over notes.
Magoo explained that everything points to the fact that Akufo-Addo Addo who has shared Ghana’s resources through dubious means to members of his family members has attracted the anger of Ghanaians.
She cited the Agyapa deal which has been revealed by the Special Prosecutor in its report that it was distraught with nepotism and did not pass through authentic legal requirements— is one of the reasons why Ghanaians must vote Akufo-Addo for John Dramani Mahama to win and prosecute those robbing Ghanaians.
Madam Margaret Ansei who is currently on a regional radio tour in the Eastern Region assured that nothing can save Akufo-Addo who has come to impoverish Ghanaians and thrown the country into unbearable hardship despite all the juicy promises he made prior to his election in 2016.
“As it stands now the majority of Ghanaians are waiting patiently to vote out the Akufo-Addo’s family and friends government on December 7 just like the Americans have done to Donald Trump,” she emphasised.
Democratic candidate Joe Biden has consolidated his lead over Donald Trump in Pennsylvania, a key state in the US presidential race, results data show.
Mr Biden is ahead by nearly 29,000 votes, with 99% counted. If he takes the state, he will win the election.
Earlier, Mr Biden edged ahead of his Republican rival in Georgia, another important battleground state, where a recount will now be held.
Meanwhile, the Trump campaign said: “This election is not over.”
However, there is no indication Mr Trump will concede to his opponent in the short term.
“Joe Biden should not wrongfully claim the office of the President,” he tweeted on Friday afternoon. “I could make that claim also. Legal proceedings are just now beginning!”
Mr Trump has been making unsubstantiated claims of election fraud, spurring some fellow Republicans to speak up that the rhetoric should be toned down.
What’s the current state of the race?
Mr Biden is leading Mr Trump by more than 4 million votes out of a record 145 million cast.
But US presidential election results are decided on a state-by-state basis in the Electoral College, and the contest is much closer in the key battlegrounds.
Mr Biden has 253 Electoral College votes, while Mr Trump has 214. To win the White House, a candidate needs 270.
Some news organisations have a higher tally for Mr Biden, having projected a win for the Democrat in Arizona. But the BBC considers the state too early to call.
Pennsylvania, where Mr Biden was born, has 20 Electoral College votes. If the Democrat wins it, he would secure the victory with 273 votes.
The Rust Belt state voted Democratic in six consecutive White House races before it swung to Mr Trump in 2016.
In Georgia, Mr Biden is currently leading with more than 4,000 votes, and 99% of the ballots counted. Georgia’s secretary of state said there would be a recount because the margin was so small.
Georgia (16 electoral votes) is a traditionally Republican state and has not been won by a Democrat in a presidential race since 1992.
Mr Biden leads by more than 22,000 votes in Nevada (six electoral votes) and by fewer than 30,000 in Arizona (11 electoral votes).
Mr Trump leads in North Carolina (15 electoral votes) by more than 76,000 ballots.
Mr Trump’s team says legal challenges and recounts in some states will favour them.
Bob Bauer, a Biden campaign lawyer, says the lawsuits are legally “meritless”.
But on Thursday, a judge in Pennsylvania ruled that Republican election observers should be granted close-up observation of the counting.
A win in just Pennsylvania or two of the other four remaining states would be enough to confirm Mr Biden as president-elect.
Mr Trump would need to win Pennsylvania and three of the remaining four states.
