A viral video on social media gives an account of Ghanaian nurses being taught how to practise and master doggy style in the classroom.

These nurses are being introduced to the other aspects of sexual education where they are made to understand the various sexual positions and how they can replicate them.

The video reveals a set of nurses being taught how to bend and position their bums to make the doggy style more pleasurable and effortless.

This piece of somewhat educative video has caused a stir on social media with many raising concerns over the qualify of education these nurses get before they are enrolled into the health sector to take care of patients.

Many believe the education nurses receive in the country must be revised so these individuals are taken through the rudimentary of health care in order for them to be as professional as they could.

No wonder most nurses are in the bad books of Ghanaians considering how lackadaisical they are about their duties and the quantum of time they waste away on social media.

In the early stages of my movie-making career as an executive producer more than a decade ago, one of the very first top movie stars I was opportune to work with was and is the ever gorgeous, business-minded, and straightforward Yvonne Nelson.

Initially, my first impression of her personality was the bluntly
rude and difficult to handle type but after our first encounter on the movie Deadly Obsession, which featured prominent actor Jim Ike, Nikki Samonas, the late Rev. Eddie Quophie amongst others, I then realized the sexy legged screen goddess was just fantastic and the best one can boast of in the industry.

I went on to cast her in my second movie WHO AM I which became a hit. Yvonne’s Tears, trials, and Pain continued.

Over the years, Yvonne Nelson has moved on from one success story to another.

Challenges such as facing a ban by the leadership in the movie industry in Ghana in 2010 and the tag on bleaching did not deter the actress-turned-entrepreneur from moving to greater heights.

By dint of hard work and perseverance, Yvonne Nelson, YN as I call her started producing her own movies.

Heels and sneakers, area code, fix us and many more are all top-notch movies produced by the sexy diva. Awards upon awards from different angles, appearing on BBC Africa, and having quite a number of movies on Netflix are some of the many achievements of the Venus Films discovery actress.

Most enviable among all her achievements are the establishment of @YNislands, a serene resort and a place to relax, and a first-class school by all standards located in East Legon Hills.

  • Meaning of Moaning During Lovemaking

    Meaning of Moaning During Lovemaking

Lovemaking is a pure art. The satisfaction or excitement is practically a combination of physio-psychological effects. Just like a pressure pipe, one ‘burst out’ in unimaginable arousal that they had to moan. It is natural and very behavioral depending on the sexual experience of the person, sexual therapists have argued.

But this is more of a feminist response to a sexual activity, as only a few men do express these feelings during lovemaking. But before we continue let me held with some definitions of what moaning is.

Moaning is a prolonged, low, inarticulate sound uttered either in pain or some strong emotional gratification.  In lovemaking, this expression by your partners could mean two things and you need to pay more attention to it so you either reinforce what you doing that is causing it or you stop.

The anatomy of the female sexuality is more complex and has several nerve endings that gets stimulated during lovemaking. In fact, the sciences around it demonstrate the millions of neural activities are fired to cause that overwhelming sweet sensation for women to an extent they simply have to moan. It thus becomes involuntary [for some women], but for others its part of the foreplay getting their man turned on.

Women moan during sex to communicate to their partners they’re enjoying what they are doing. This could a right moment for the man to romp her the more and crystalize the sexual experience.

However, some are an indication of pain, uncomfortable of bored with their partner. Don’t even mistake every moaning by your woman to be a good signal!

Drug Abuse by the Youths: Rehabilitation Centres Needed Bismarck Kpobi to Government

SEE ALSO: You Can Be Affected by Coronavirus Even if Vaccinated?http://You CAN

The Psychiatric Nurse and Concern Citzen if Ghana, Bismarck Kpobi upon research discovered that Drug abuse has become a global phenomenon affecting almost every country though the extent and characteristics vary depending on the country in question.

    Drug Abuse by the Youths

In an interview with Dikoder.com, he explained that, marijuana and alcohol have been identified as the major drugs of abuse among the youth in Ghana. These drugs are becoming more and more a public health concern and they represent one of the leading causes of preventable deaths , illnesses and injury.

According to the young Psychiatric Nurse, he said, the age of abuse of marijuana and alcohol is relatively low , 10-15 years and experimentation has been found to be the main reason for the start of the abuse. These two drugs in addition to cigarettes, Cocaine, and many pharmaceutical drugs of high heroine origin, either in one or combine( mixed) usage are really destroying lives and the country’s human resources and economy.

    Drug Abuse by the Youth

“The course of the alarming rate of the abuse especially among the youth can be traced to the high unemployment among the youth, the frustration of highly qualified students not having access for further education, and the general economic situations in the country” …

“Ignorance, on the part of the victims, interpersonal relationship with families and peer pressure, Media , availability of the drugs, cost of the drugs, urbanisation, slum communities and some culture factors are the causes” he said.

Pening down notes Bismarck further raised another concern of a disease called aphrodisiac. He said, aphrodisiac works by stimulating nerve centres in the spine , thereby improving the capacity for erection without increasing Sexual excitement. These drugs, some call it herbal Viagra . Unfortunately, there are side effects to taking these herbs which include; anxiety, weakness, overstimulation, paralysis, and hallucinations depending on the type.

“Too much use of these Viagra puts much pressure on the internal organs of the male partner which in long round leads to many Illnesses . Normal Sexual intercourse doesn’t take much time , the emphasis should rather be on the satisfaction to be given the female partner . Overworking ourselves with drugs to impressing women cannot be exclusive of many youthful death among the youth especially the males he stated.

However, Government spending on substance abuse treatment is seen as an extra financial burden on an already strained budget.

Furthermore, drug addictions can threaten Civic safety, given that people under the influence of drugs may have a distorted view of the world around them and are prone to participating in improper behaviors such as armed robbery, domestic violence which is rampant these days on our communities. Such victims of substance abuse can become danger to the families, general public and the environment. Substance Abuse also increases the risks of spreading infectious diseases such as HIV AIDS, Hepatitis B and C, tuberculosis since these victims share blades ,needles and many other sharps .

    Drug Abuse by the Youth

“The aforementioned outline should be of utmost priority to the government to saving our future leaders now before the youth die and leave their parents. Government should come out with rehabilitation centres to attending to such victims by reorientating them back to the community for productive works. Appreciable percentage of the MoH budget Should be pushed into Mental Health Psychiatry to taking care of such fast looming time bomb when not control now. All stakeholders who matter in ensuring moral values and proper upbringing of children should add their voices for government to taking needed steps in addressing substance Abuse in the country among the youth” he said.

You Can Be Affected by Coronavirus Even if Vaccinated?

You Can Be Affected by Coronavirus Even if Vaccinated”- Dr. Mwangangi

The Kenyan Ministry of Health has come out to clarify that COVID-19 vaccination does not prevent one from contracting the coronavirus.

In a press briefing on Friday, Health Ministry CAS Dr. Mercy Mwangangi said the vaccine only serves to boost the immune system and get it ready to fight the virus.

She added that even individuals who get the virus can still transmit COVID-19 to others.

“Getting the vaccine does not mean that you cannot get COVID-19. Getting the jab does not mean that you cannot transmit the COVID-19. What the jab does is that it makes your immunity system alert. It prepares you for war, should you come across the virus your immune system will be ready to fight and manage that virus,” said Mwangangi.

She, however, noted that vaccination will help reduce the number of severe cases being witnessed, most of which result in deaths.

“What we know is that this jab will prevent progression to severe cases for COVID-19 meaning the cases we report for severe cases are bound to reduce if we have the right number of people vaccinated and that is the usefulness of this vaccine,” said the Health CAS.

Dr. Mwangangi urged Kenyans to continue wearing masks and observing the stipulated safety protocols even after getting vaccinated.

“Remember getting this vaccine still requires you to wear your mask and social distance because you can still get the disease however mild and you can still transmit the disease,” she said.

  • COVID-19 Vaccination Causes Side Effect

    COVID-19 Vaccination Causes Side Effect

As of March 16, 2021, between 430,000 and 450,000 people had been vaccinated, with nearly 1,030 to 1,050 people reporting side effects.

This news follows rumors that some people who received the vaccine developed blood clots, but Ghana’s Food and Drugs Authority, FDA, downplayed these claims on Thursday.

Dr. Kwame Amponsah- Achiano, the Programmes Manager at the Ghana Health Service’s Expanded Programme on Immunization, announced this on the 3FM Sunrise Morning Show, but added that the Ghana Health Service prefers to refer to these side effects as adverse events.

We would be confident when you say adverse events because not all immunization-related events are caused by vaccination, but we refer to them as events in general.

“So we’ve had nearly 1,030 and 1,050 incidents promoting, again, these are risks in comparison to the number of people vaccinated, which is about 268-300 events per 100,000 vaccinated. In other words, we have 300 reports for every 100,000 people who have received the vaccine.”

Ghana, he claims, is not faring badly in terms of the recorded adverse events.

The most common symptoms are diarrhoea, headaches, fever, injection site pain, and hunger. People are talking about sleeping too much, while others say they didn’t sleep well, so we’ve found a variety of mild adverse events so far, which we’re still tracking and FDA is in control of”

As of March 17, 2021, the country had completed 60% of the planned vaccinations.

  • Sexual Sadism And Masochism Disorder The Major Causes Of Marital And Relationship Abuse And Assaults; Mental Health Empowerment Is The Only Answer To Curb The Harms

Sexual Sadism And Masochism Disorder The Major Causes Of Marital And Relationship Abuse And Assaults; Mental Health Empowerment Is The Only Answer To Curb The Harms

    Open Letter To:
Parliament, Minister For Gender And Children Affairs, Government And Other Relevant Stakeholders.

The rate of abuse and assault cases in relationships and marriages in Ghana needed holistic approach to reducing the canker.
Abuse of drugs; alcohol, marijuana etc are some causes but the major underlying problem is Sexual Sadism And Masochism Disorders.

Sexual Sadism And Masochism Disorders are two separate Psychological Disorders and each are categorised by the Diagnostic And Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM-V) as a paraphilia, which is a Sexual disorder characterised by socially unacceptable preoccupations or behaviors.

Sadism And Masochism Disorders are characterised by feelings of Sexual pleasures or gratification when inflicting sufferings on another person,or having suffering inflicted upon one’s self respectively. Sadism And Masochism Disorders are both about enjoyment of pains.
Sadomasochism is used to describe either the co-occurrence of Sadism and Masochism in one individual or as a replacement for both.
In some extreme cases, Sexual Sadism can lead to serious injury or death for the target of the Sadistic behavior.

The above background of the Sexual disorder is the leading contributing factors since it seems some partners enjoy causing harms to their partners for pleasures and they feel no remorse .
Just recently we heard several cases of people beating their partners to death , it will surprise you to know that the beatings weren’t once but several times .

Marriages are suffering from psychological and emotional abuses and it is high time the necessary stakeholders from government resource Mental Health Authority to help in attending to such cases .
It is just not a matter of human right issues rather psychological and Sexual disorders that needed experts to handling them through therapies .

If care is not taken, those causing such sufferings and pains(Sadist) on their victims or those enjoying such pains or suffering (masochist) will soon also start agitation for their rights like the LGBTQ nonsense so their assault cases will be termed normal and no fault of theirs since they will argue out their cases by falling on some human right lawyers to helping them.

If our leaders don’t stand up now to giving priority to Mental Health Authority, we risked be doomed as a nation in some 5-10 years time.
America, UK and some developed countries put Mental Health Health First before government appointees emoluments and it is helping fighting the canker they created for themselves as in human rights stuffs.

I am looking forward to hearing government and like-minded stakeholders to giving necessary attention to Mental Health Authority Empowerment.
    Thank you.

  • Would the Suspension of COVID-19 vaccines in Austria affect Ghana Negatively?

Would the Suspension of COVID-19 vaccines in Austria affect Ghana Negatively?

The Covid-19 pandemic or diseases caused by the SARS-COV-2 virus has not only caused the down fall of many great economies in the world and over 2 million people worldwide but has also caused fear and panic in almost every living being on this planet.

Aside the fact that, the virus is very destructive, fear has also caused several people to refuse taking in the vaccines that have been approved for emergency use, especially in Ghana.

Even before the Covid-19 vaccines were developed numerous number of people were of the view that they will not take the vaccines if the world is able to develop one. And as at now a lot of Ghanaians have said that they will never take it, despite the fact that the first gentlemen of the land, His Excellency President Nana Akuffo Addo has taken the vaccine.

Currently, Ghana only have access to the 600,000 Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine shots and some important personalities and other citizens have taken their first shots but nothing bad or no unusual side effect has caused serious problems to them.

But in Austria the information received or gotten is a bit worrying. The Austrian government has temporary suspended the inoculations with a batch of AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine in the country. And this suspension was as a result of a lady who died after taking the vaccine and one lady is currently sick but it is said that she is recovering.

The Federal Office of Safety in Health Care (BASG) revealed that, the suspension decision is taking to found out whether the vaccine caused the the above effects or otherwise.

BASG revealed that, “currently there is no evicdence of causal relationship with the vaccination”.

The above incident in Austria will massively have massive problem in Ghana. Ghana is one the countries that have taken the vaccine shots and due to this the level of fear in the citizens about the Covid-19 vaccine will continue to increase and most people might not take the vaccine anymore.

  • Ghanaians Dies from Heart Disease in UK

Ghanaians Dies from Heart Disease in UK

It has emerged that many Ghanaians living in the Greater London area of the United Kingdom are dying from heart related diseases in recent times.
This has been attributed to severe pressure of work, marital issues and also pressures from back home in Ghana which results in people working long hours thereby ending up with heart problems.

A one-year investigation by Graphic Online’s correspondent in London, Nana Sifa Twum has revealed that, an average of 120 Ghanaians living in the Greater London area have died annually within the last three years.

Out of the figure, about 75 percent of them died out of heart related diseases such as Cardiomegaly, Heart failure, Heart arrhythmia, Cardiomyopathy, hypertension, Acute myocardial infarction and aspiration pneumonia among others.

Over 100 copies of their death certificates available to Graphic Online showing they died as a result of heart troubles put their ages between 30 and 60 and mostly male.

In some cases, the over one year-long investigations also revealed that immigration and financial issues triggered the heart problems of the deceased.

Elizabeth, the wife of one James Yaw Owusu, who passed away at the Saint Bartholomew’s hospital in January this year of Cardiomyopathy, told Graphic Online that her husband overworked himself for the past seven years.

James worked more than 14 hours per day for six days every week, she noted.

She said her husband had three jobs of three, seven and four hours each at different places of about seven miles apart and he had to struggle daily to be present at all times.

Juana Manford also told Graphic Online in an interview that she barely saw her late husband at home.

She said, she never set eyes on her husband, Arnold Manford, 48, who died at the Whipp Cross hospital in December last year for four weeks before his death.

“All for him was work, work, work she never met me at home,” she acknowledged.

Last January, Alex, a renowned Ghanaian driver, loved by many Ghanaians, a father of four, was on a taxi attending hospital for a checkup when he suddenly collapsed on the way.

The Irish taxi driver had to call an ambulance crew to attend to him, but he died, before they got to the hospital. His untimely death was attributed to heart failure.

It was also discovered that about 60 percent of the diseased worked with car hiring, security, cleaning and delivery companies.

These areas of work are typically demanding.

For instance, some delivery companies have working policies where their drivers work as self-employed without annual leave and sick pay.

So drivers are compelled to work all the time even when they are sick. If drivers report sick or fail to turn-up for work, for any reason they will be fined. Besides some of them will have to deliver about 200 parcels a day irrespective of traffic situations in the city. Anything short of this will attract a fine.

Some drivers of car hiring companies have no working terms and conditions with the companies they work for and will have to stress themselves to earn reasonable amount for themselves weekly.

A driver, Daniel Danquah said there are certain times that he will have to work continuously for about 18 hours just to make what he will need to survive.

The President of the Reconciliation International, a Ghanaian Welfare and Bereavement charity in the UK, Archbishop Kwaku Frimpong- Manso whose organisation has been in the forefront of funeral arrangement of almost all Ghanaian deaths in the Great London area noted in an interview with Graphic Online that last year alone six Ghanaians died in their rooms unnoticed.

They were rather discovered later after alarms were raised. He noted that two of the bodies had been decomposed.

He disclosed that this year alone, his office has recorded 44 deaths within the Ghanaian community, 38 were heart related.

To be truly attractive, you need to have your own life by working on yourself, become great at your job and career and other hobbies or passions you have.

If you become so good at what you do that you rise to prominence at it, women will be drawn to you naturally. Because, of course, fame and the spotlight always brings the girls to the yard, you feel me, brother.

    1. Laughter works

This is a great tip. You may think you’re not funny, but the truth is everyone can be funny if they try. You have to put yourself in enough situations to get used to the awkwardness of telling an unfunny joke enough that you have the confidence to tell more jokes around people.

The more you tell, the better you will get. Girls love laughing, and the more you can make them laugh, the higher up in the social chain you will seem.

    1. Be friends

Aim for friendship, even if the long term [or even short term] plan is to delve into some deeper stuffs with them later on.

You win and score big points with women if you can just be a cool guy, easy to gist and joke with, and just be great with them.

    Intimate details

It is recommended that telling her secrets you’d be okay with if other people knew just in case she tells someone, but make sure they are personal, and that they would be considered a secret.

    1. Your attention

In a world where your attention can go anywhere, it is one of the most valuable things you can give a girl. If you want her, pay attention to her. And do not just limit this to a couple of minutes. Look her in the eyes when she’s talking to you and make mental note of all the stuff she’s talking about.

Suicide is the individual killing of oneself.
Homicide is the individual killing of another person .

Globally, estimated one million people die of suicide every year; this translates to one death every 35 seconds . Many more attempt suicide and this often not disclosed ,as suicide is deemed criminal in some countries .
Suicide is the second leading cause of death among under 30 years old globally and occurs throughout the lifespan. Suicide accounted for 1.4% of all deaths worldwide.

Ghana suicide death rate is estimated at 1500 annually.
In the year 2020 and early weeks of 2021, there have been several news of individuals taking their lives . Most prominent among were some senior police officers and others.
People hanging themselves, women poisoning themselves and their children , gun shots at self and targeted shooting of people perceived to be homicides ,arm robbery and road accidents .

Suicide commission is usually attributed to social and psychological problems. Solitary living, extreme helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness,or defeat and failure, which may result from depressive psychopathology, are often linked to suicidal ideations and then to suicide.
Traumatic events ,such as the loss of close relation causes emotional distress and can lead to an ending inability to cope with the loss.
Financial or legal difficulties are another.
Social factors also triggers the suicidal and and homicidal tendencies.
Abuse of drugs lead to increased crimes.
Excessive thinking and stress lead some drivers causing suicide and homicide on the roads.

With the above detailed information on suicide and homicide and crimes. It is my suggestions and appeal to parliament, government to help establish Utramodern Psychological And Counselling Hospitals in Ghana that will make it more convenient for prominent and wealthy people to access mental health care without mingling with those people receiving treatments at the psychiatric Hospitals to at least curb the stigmatisation.

I believe, this will help reduce the suicidal ideations and homicides and then give Ghana a healthy nation full of healthy mental capacity in carrying out public and social tasks to boosting the economy and human resources.

The future is Mental Health Empowerment for a healthy nation , Ghana.
    Thanks.
