The Mental health Nurse upon his findings says that the issues of neglect with regards to the Saglemi Affordable Housing Project has been major concerns to many and it is high time government converted them into National Rehabilitation And Technical/Vocational Centre to boosting human resources and economic growth.http://see sarkodie…

However, the Mental health Nurse said, there are many mentally ill people roaming (wandering) around our streets and market places which when necessary medical and psychological care given will help rehabilitate them into our society to fending for themselves and the nation. There are many drug addicts in our ghettos and slums wasting away in all areas that the government must pay attention to, to harnessing their energies ,skills and talents to boosting the state of the economy.

He questioned that, why don’t we make good use of that Saglemi Affordable Housing Project by camping and training these youth and rehabilitating them back into the society to adding values to the economy since we are in crisis as a nation?.

“Mental Health and Psychiatric personnels are ready to helping in the psychological care as other experts will as well be helping in the Technical and Vocational training.

It is high time government thought outside the box to developing the country. When that program and policies are well outlined with no loopholes for corrupting the system, we shall as a country produce great tailors and seamstresses, Carpenters ,Masons, farmers , steel benders, and many others that will help building the socioeconomic growth of Ghana. State farms can be developed from such products to feeding the state” he said.

Many prisoners can as well be brought to such centre for proper rehabilitation before being released into the society to avoid life difficulties that do meet them after prison stays.

“I am by this article calling on all well established CSOs, the media, Stakeholders, government appointees, technical experts to adding their voices to this suggestions to making better uses of the Saglemi Affordable Housing Project” he narrated.

It is possible with the right will and synergy. The borrowing is too much, we can create more revenues by rehabilitating our youth who are vulnerable and wasting away.

    Mental Health Total Health.
God bless our homeland Ghana and make us great and strong.

Many vehicular accidents happening on our major roads cannot be isolated from such blood monies used to purchasing those vehicles hence the evil spirits hunting for bloods in returns.

  • LGBTQ Sexuality And Its Health Complications: Ghana Does Not Have The Financial Muscles For That ; Good President Announced He Would Not Grant Them Their Legalisation Nonsense

LGBTQ Sexuality And Its Health Complications: Ghana Does Not Have The Financial Muscles For That ; Good President Announced He Would Not Grant Them Their Legalisation Nonsense

To conclude with on this LGBTQ Sexuality abnormalities, I want to state further that Ghana has no financial strength to treating their health complications associated with the practices.
Already, the country is suffering to taking care of malaria death related to children under five 5 and other health issues in the country.

The LGBTQ comes with a lot of health complications. The acceptance and affirmation of the sexuality is not the promised antidote for the problems inherent in LGBTQ.

To reiterate, The Gay Lesbian Medical Association GLMA in Canada described the following detrimental effects associated with LGBTQ:.
High rate of HIV/AIDS, Substance Abuse eg alcohol, cocaine, marijuana etc, Depression/Anxiety, Hepatitis, certain cancers affecting the colon, eating disorders, Sexually Transmitted Illnesses eg Anal Papilloma/HPV, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Chlamydia etc.

Also, Reduced Life Expectancy:- Dr J. Satinover documents that LGBTQ lose 25-30 years of their life span.

Data presented by U.S Centre For Diseases Control And Prevention ,2010, stipulated how LGBTQ gets HIV 44 times as compared to others with normal sexuality.

With the aforementioned high risks of health related complications in LGBTQ sexual practices, it is good we all stand against its Legalisation and activities in the country to save our fragile economy.

I still maintain that LGBTQ Sexuality is Mental illness and utramodern Psychiatric Hospitals be built to treating them with psychological needs .

To those promoting their activities and hiding behind human rights issues should be advised, because that is how the practitioners started

Those saying all sins are sins should seek education and know we have dimensions of sins and crimes hence God called some abominable sins, and the laws upgraded crimes:
Insult sin can’t be equated to murder sins, likewise stealing stealing phone crime can’t be equated to assassination crime.

Together, let us stand firm and defend our social and moral values.
The church should wake up and lead the way by preaching openly against LGBTQ without fear or favor of Visa and monies as in offertories and special find raising.

To the government, I pray the open condemnation by the president is not one of the usual talks we do hear from politicians and they then ignore their appointees behind the scenes to carrying out the same things they publicly condemned.

We are all watching the president and his government on that and anyone in his government who is seen promoting the human rights of these LGBTQ people should be punished by him and we will celebrate him for going by actions not plenty talks.

    God bless Ghana.

  • Government must provide coronavirus safety kits ahead of school reopening – Africa Education Watch

Government must provide coronavirus safety kits ahead of school reopening – Africa Education Watch

Africa Education Watch, an education think tank, has said the government must provide COVID-19 safety kits ahead of the reopening of schools.

Executive Director of Africa Education Watch, Kofi Asare, told Citi News that the COVID 19 protocols must be adhered to when school reopens to prevent a spike.

“As a nation, our commitment to comply with the protocols is what will make the difference whether we can open schools definitely or not.

“But I think we can because we actually operated schools when we were recording an increase in community spread, but we managed the situation until examinations were completed. So we are counting on the government’s readiness to supply necessary kits on time, so we can have a safe reopening,” he said.

Schools were shut down in March this year as part of measures to stop the spread of the virus in Ghana.

Senior High Schools were later reopened partially for final year students to complete their academic work and also sit for their exit exams and for continuing students to complete their academic terms.

But there is a firm plan by the government to re-open schools at all levels early next month.

Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, has said President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo is receiving briefings from the COVID-19 Technical Taskforce on limited school re-openings and will make a firm decision on whether schools should reopen in January by December 30, 2020.
