    Today, we’re going to look at a fantastic combination I guess you will like it more, egg and pepper. I believe it is one thing you can’t resist when on a journey in a hot afternoon. What I may not know is who brought the idea of placing the pepper in between the divided egg, but what I can tell you is that it is one of the complete meals you can actually find on earth. Why do I say that? Now let’s take the egg. We all know that egg contains high amount of protein; Six (6) grams of protein which is actually enough for the protein that you need in the day. 

    Egg contains vitamin A which supports hair and skin development and protects the eye, contains vitamin B5 which converts the food we have eaten into energy, vitamin B6 which helps to promote brain health and heamoglobin productions, vitamin B12 which prevents anemia, vitamin E which protects the skin and boosts or builds our immune system, contains five (5) grams of healthy fats which reduces the risk of heart disease. It also has colon which helps to rebuild our cells. 

    Thanks to Lutein – antioxidants which protects the eye and prevents diseases like cataracts, supports cardiovascular health and provides anti-inflammatory benefits. It almost seems that egg is complete and contains every nutrient that the body needs. So what does pepper bring to the table to make it more complete. 

    Pepper as it may sound, you can’t take away its hot sensation. People may not actually like pepper because of the hot sensation or perhaps their health condition but let’s look at what pepper brings to the table. The chief ingredient in pepper is piperine which has a lot of health benefits. 

    Pepper contains 169% of Vitamin C which is needed by the body daily as compared to 100% of Orange. It contains vitamin B6 for formation of blood cells, contains vitamin K for healthy bones and blood clotting, contains potassium which is good for the heart muscles, vitamin E which is good for the skin and hair. When you put these together, egg and pepper, they will give you wide range of benefits that the body needs on daily basis. 

    Pepper comes to the table with vitamin C which Egg seems not to have thus, makes both a perfect combination. Aside providing us with good health, it also serve as an amazing way of making a good income because of its ability to fit in every occasion at every place and at every point in time after school, church, party, in a car, going by foot and everywhere.
