    Policeman Spotted Repairing Damage Traffic Light With His Own Resource

    A policeman identified as Lance Corporal Simon Agbeko Ekpeagba has set a new bar for policeman who stand by the street controlling traffic.
    The traffic light located at Odorkor in Accra got damaged and was almost coming off the ground.

    Due to this drivers and road users found it difficult to see and obey its instructions.
    But Mr Simon bought some cement and got people to fix the traffic light firmly on the ground to serve its purpose.


    In photos sighted by yen. com. gh, the policeman is seen making hands on contribution to the fixing of the traffic light while in uniform after funding from his own salary.

    Lance Corporal Simon Agbeko Ekpeagba of the Accra Regional police Command has become quite popular for his benevolent gestures.


    According to him, his dream was to create the enabling space where physically challenged persons would have easy care and education especially those who parade principals streets and major highways in Accra while begging because most of them have been neglected by their relatives.

    A Ghanaian taxi driver Micheal, has skipped work to fill in potholes after they claimed the life of his good friend who died around somanya.


    According to Michael he stated that he is a father of 2 but has stop driving a taxi although it gave him a means of livelihood.

    He further went on to say he makes his ends meets from people who see him filling potholes although he once used to be a taxi driver.


    Mr Micheal, whose kids are both below 10 said that he has been able to make a manageable amount of livelihood as he is able to make between GHc 50 to GHc 80 on a daily basis.


    Furthermore, he stated that “ my friend who was a taxi driver died because of a pothole, I do not feel comfortable anytime I see a pothole it drives me to fill it to ensure safety.

    Police Commander arrested over weapon deal

    Inspecter Felix Gbekle, the Nalerigu station Officer has been arrested for facilitating the illegal acquisition of a gun license for a suspected thief who was standing trial for illegal possession of arms and stealing at the Nalerigu court in the North East Region.


    In August this year, the North East police command began investigating suspect Adam Musah for alleged stealing. The police later uncovered an unregistered pump action gun in his house. Mr. Musah was arrested and charged with possessing an unlicensed firearm and alleged stealing and put before the Nalerigu District Court.


    As trail progressed, Mr. Musah miraculously produced a license for his gun. The license was given by the Tesano Divisional police. The prosecution prayed the court to for time to examine the license. The court granted the request.


    Investigations into the license revealed that inspector Gbekle, working with an accomplice in the Tesano Divisional police, dubiously obtained the license by taking the picture of the gun, which was serving as an exhibit in the trial, and sending the Tesano Divisional Divisional police command for the license to be prepared and handed to him.


    He then took delivery of the license later and handed it over to Musah so that the court, upon seeing the license may drop charges of unlawful possession of a firearm against him. But the scheme has been discovered by the North East police, who are now investigating the inspector.


    Inspector Gbekle was on monday interogated at the North East Regional police command and he admitted helping the suspect to procure the license by sending photos to a colleague at the formed police unit of the Tesano Divisional police command where he worked formerly.


    He has since been detained and shall face further action in accordance with the rules and regulations for the service and the law.

    Although, Shatta Wale did not mention the name of his first daughter, we knew she was 9 years old.
    So for the teenager to be the daughter of Shatta Wale had shock many people who as are now wondering how old Shatta Wale is.


    Could it also be that, Ohemaa Faye is not the biological daughter of him but one of my those ladies she play fatherly roles to.


    However, Shatta Wale had already told his fans, ge is a father of three children. The first one which we now believe is Ohemaa Faye is based in London with her mother.


    The second daughter, Cherissa lives in the USA with her mother whiles the last born Majesty lives with his mother right here in Ghana with occasional visit to Abroad. Non of the mother’s are still in relationship with Shatta Wale.

    Demise of Okada Driver with Suspected Armed Robbers.

    A sad incident in the Bono East Region Wenchi District .The murder of Illiasu Adama an Okada rider on daily basis.


    Superintendent of police Mr. Thomas Edzorhoho said the deceased Illiasu Adama 20 Years old chartered by the suspects to Ampenkuro area a village in the Techiman North District of the Bono East Region where he’s was killed and bolted his motorcycle.

    The incident was confirmed to Radio West Africa ,Nana Anfreh Damata .And the corpse has been given to relatives for burial in accordance to Islamic rites.Whereas investigation still goes on to arrest the suspects on the run.

    The Motorcycle (Okada) with registration number M-19-BT-1584 have been found at the outskirts of Offuman and brought to the Wenchi Police station for safety keeping.

    Popular Kumawood actor, Sekyere Amankwa who was earlier reported dead after obituary poster of him went viral, has finally come out to speak about what really happen.


    Speaking in an audio, the actor sklekyere indicated that he is neither dead nor sick. Speaking to his colleague actor Joe Shortingo on phone,, he claims he is currently on set filming a movie.


    Explaining further, he claims that the flier was made for parts of a scene he was featured in, however, the graphic designer who did the poster leaked the photo on social media and it has since home viral.


    He claimed he was very surprise when people assumed he was dead when he has neither come out saying he is I’ll or suffering from any sickness. He thanks Joe Shortingo for showing interest in this issue to no more about it.

    Her responsibility in the new role as a UNDP Goodwill ambassador is to promote women’s empowerment and a green covid 19 recovery.


    According to her “ I am super excited to join the global @ UNDP family as a Goodwill ambassador! In this case new role I will be a champion flexed biceps for the sustainable development goal and will shine as electric light bulb on the impacts of # covid 19 on the poorest and most vulnerable communities. # African Ambassador.” She tweeted.


    Furthermore, she added that she wanted to do her but to help these women who had no choice but to work without the option of doing it remotely, to provide for their families during the pandemic.

    Message Sent To Awomefia To Retract And Apologize – Western Togoland Group

    Mr Charles Kudzodzi the head of the togoland successionist group sent a message to Awomefia of Anlo through Mr. George Nyampo his head of communication to retract.


    The Western Togoland successionist group had reportedly mount powerful roadblocks in some parts of the Volta Region attempt to assert its sovereignty over the southern sector of the country.


    The actions of the Western Togoland successionist were however condemned by the Torgbi sri III , The Awomefia of Anlo state.
    According to the Anlo king he described the successionist as barbarous and disruptive according to a statement monitored by the Accra News.


    Responding to his remarks, in an exclusive interview with Tsenuokpor Godknows and available on Facebook, the group described comment of Torgbi sri III as unfortunate “because history is a teacher so if we are talking about history, and you don’t have a locus of what we are talking about , you can seek advice not lie only in some people you can be old but there are certain things you don’t know “.


    According to George Nuampo, Awomefia can not claim Anlos are never part of the Western Togoland.

    While most women are crying and cursing men who sexually abuse them, a lady by name Agudie Afia Nkumin has said that most men in Ghana wish to be raped but they don’t get the opportunity.

    There are so many human rights activists fighting for rape victims and most of these victims happen to be women. The cases of men being rape victims is very low hence it is assumed women are the ones who suffer the most.

    Well, according to Agudie in a Facebook post sighted by Ghbase.com, despite the trauma that comes with rape, there are 90% of men in Ghana who wish to be in the same situation as the women, but unfortunately for them, they don’t get the opportunity.

    Her post was approved by most of her followers who agreed with her assertion. So the big question here is, why would anyone want to be raped regardless of their gender. Do men really want to be raped? Do they also get traumatized as the women who get sexually abused?

    American R&B singer and songwriter, Eric Benèt Jordan professionally known as Eric Benèt has stated that birth control pills should be given to men instead of women.

    According to him in a post on his Twitter page, men are more susceptible when it comes to child birth than women because a woman can only get pregnant once a year.

    He explained that a man can impregnate four women a day per year which is equivalent to 1460 pregnancies.

    He blamed scientist for creating birth control for the wrong gender.

    Most young ladies who are sexually active take birth control pills to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Some health professionals have even encouraged the use of it despite some serious side effects.

    The oral contraceptive pill, commonly known as “the pill,” is a hormone-based method of preventing pregnancy. It can also help resolve irregular menstruation, painful or heavy periods, endometriosis, acne, and premenstrual syndrome (PMS).

    Used correctly, the pill is highly effective, but because people make mistakes, 6 to 12 pregnancies in every 100 are thought to occur each year while using it. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) put the failure rate for both types of pill at 9 percent.

    One thing most young people ignore is that the birth pill doesn’t prevent the contraction of STDs and other sexually transmitted diseases.

    Some women have lost their wombs while others have have had disruption in their menstrual cycles.

    With all these risk factors, Eric believes that the birth control pills should be revised and be made for men to take.

    The Regional Commander of the Ghana police service, DCOP Afful Boakye Yiadom has urge police personal across the country to reduce their sexual activities run up to this years general election.
    According to him, this will give members of the service the needed energy to undertake their activities around the up coming presidential and parliamentary election.


    ” Control yourself, we all need the energy to work during elections, therefore, I advise all of you to eat well, reduce your sexual rounds for you to get the energy work well before, during and after 2020 election”.


    Also he said, ” as policeman, you are not suppose to involve yourself in any political activity. You can only do that when you enter the polling booth, there you can excercise your power “.
    He was speaking after a route march organized by the police service to assure the public of its readiness ahead of the election.
